To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required by QESH Management System.
Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of quarterly and annual financial reports for the group.
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
Liaise with bankers or financial institutions for all banking matters.
Liaise with company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing necessary documents with the relevant authorities.
Liaise with external auditors during audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
Liaise with tax agent for annual tax filings and other tax compliance-related tasks as assigned.
Provide general administrative support to the finance and accounts team as needed.
Job Requirements
A recognized Degree in Accounting and Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA/MACPA/CIMA or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in managing all aspects of financial and accounting functions.
Dynamic, independent, and possess good analytical skills.
Meticulous and attention to detail.
