Accounts Executive Human Resource

Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices- Conduct bookkeeping tasks- Data Key-in by using accounting software SQL- Monitor and record both office and client bank account activities- Manage financial transactions including petty cash and cheques.- Provide assistance with file management and other accounting-related tasks as needed and instructed**Requirements**:- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and spelling, along with strong intercommunication skills.- Required Language: English- Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
