Provides guidance / supervise the account staff to check and review day-to-day financial and banking transactions, monthly cash flow, etc; Ensure proper closing of Account Payables, Account Receivables, Inventory Modules, Fixed Assets Listing and etc; Review monthly management accounts, check or prepare the Audit Schedules for preparation of Audit and Taxation; Review, execute and enforce proper internal controls in particular on day to day invoicing and stock transactions; Review the Budget & Actual Cost Summary of Company's events from time to time; Ability to extract, analyse data and liase with others to resolve financial operational matters; Assist in prepare the Yearly Budget; Liaise with Auditors, bankers and perform any assigned ad hoc assignments from time to time. Requirements Possess relevant qualification in Accounting and working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Working experience in audit firm would be an added advantage; Good command of English and seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
