Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible and able to handle full set of accounts until generating an account report and schedule in periodic management requirement, cash flow to Managing Director.
Preparing full sets of company accounts and assist for auditing process.
Monitoring and controlling account payable (AP) and account receivable (AR).
Maintaining a proper filing system for accounting purposes.
Monitoring yearly company tax declaration, tax calculation, tax revision as necessary and ensure the installment payment to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) is made on time.
Handling payment voucher, appropriate supporting documents, bank reconciliation and keep filing invoice.
Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management and Managing Director.
