Account Executive Responsibilities:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Maintain accurate financial records, including payables, receivables, and ledger entries.
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
Preparation of bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliation.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database.
Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
Constantly update job knowledge.
Perform month-end account closing and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and assist in financial year-end audit planning and preparation of annual financial statements.
Any ad hoc task and finance projects assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Competency in MS Office, database, and accounting software.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude for numbers.
Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
Data entry and word processing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
