Accounts Executive

Service is of utmost importance to us and we provide continuous training to our employees to ensure they grow as individuals and are able to provide quality service to our clients.**Key Responsibilities**:- Day-to-day finance and accounting matters including full sets of accounts, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation.- Preparing payment vouchers for approval.- Quarterly and yearly management and financial reporting- Generating statement of accounts and following up with clients- Keying of receipts and generating payment vouchers- Liaising with external stakeholders on accounting matters- Accounting data entry matters- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.- Handle and uphold confidential financial information.- Perform any other accounting duties as assigned.**Key Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma level with at least 1 year of accounting experience.- Ability to start work immediately will be preferred.- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin (to liaise with both English-speaking and mandarin-speaking clients).- Proactive with strong desire to learn and ability to take initiative.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Meticulous with ability to handle highly confidential issues as well as communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.- Flexibility to work from home temporarily.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
