Accounts Executive

Responsible for assisting to oversee all accounting and finance functions for the departmentEnsure financial and management reports are completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the managementAssist to prepare the financial analysis and interpretation of financial data.Responsible to communicate with all levels to drive financial performanceResolve accounting discrepancies and irregularitiesLiaise with banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies / authorities.Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI or equivalent.At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Candidates with working experience in the logistics industry would be an added advantageExperienced in inter-company and branches accounting practices and systemMust be have good interpersonal and communication skills in EnglishPossess strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesMust be a self-starter with a high level of diligence, initiative, strong team player, well-organized, have high integrity and good sense of responsibilityGood in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using computerized accounting system.Applicants must be willing to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau II, Johor Bahru
