Accounts Executive

Handle Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable
Process for trade and non-trade invoices, monthly staff claims, and petty cash reimbursement
Process for payment, BA/TR loan application
Preparation of monthly bank, creditors reconciliation, creditors and debtors aging reports
Generate official receipts, issue debit note and credit note
Assist in report generation, to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month-end/ year-end closing for management review
Knowledge of basic full set accounts required.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
What you will need for this role:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related position
Responsible and reliable, able to work independently and meet deadlines
