Accounts Executive

What we need from you:? Experienced in handling Quickbooks Desktop Version.? Independently handle bookkeeping and maintain a full set of accounts for a group company.? Upload payments for international transactions into money exchange platforms.? Maintain proper filing and accounting records for auditing purposes.? Assist in payroll, preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and payment checklists.? Maintain vendor's payment schedule, internal staff commission schedule.? Responsible for completing any financial related administrative duties for your portfolio.? Duly update daily task reports on accounts and finance to Finance Head.? Assist in tax planning and audit works with external tax and audit consultants.What you should have:? Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.? At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably handling a full set of accounts.? Good knowledge on accounting double entry, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).? Professional proficiency in English.? Advance proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets,tech savvy.? Self motivated and proactive, good time management, able to work meticulously under tight deadlines.? Strong sense of work ownership, agile to changes, and always looking for improvements.Our Benefits:?
