Accounts Executive

Job Description Responsibilities: Support and assist accountant for daily routine. Prepare and update daily accounting transactions accurately, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment vouchers, payment collection, general ledger, and reconciliation Assist with weekly and month end closing activities, e.g., bank reconciliation, ageing reports, accruals etc Prepare invoices, cash flow statements and general expenditure documentation Update cash flow status from time to time. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations Assist on any ad-hoc task as and when required. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences of similar experience Require professional verbal and written communications Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage because some of the reports need to be written in Chinese Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint Result-oriented, energetic and ability to work independently
