What you'll be doing Performing comprehensive account reconciliations and account balancingPreparing accurate and timely financial reports and statementsHandling accounts payable and accounts receivable processesAssisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecastsMaintaining and updating the company's accounting records and systemsProviding support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and tasksWhat we're looking for A Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is requiredAt least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracyProficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applicationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsA team player with a proactive and adaptable mindsetWhat we offer
