Accounts Executive

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized  Accounts Executive to support our teams. Accounts Executive must play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Job Descriptions To handle full set of accountsTo prepare and analyze monthly management reportTo handle vendors' fees such as server fees, booking fees, monthly service fee etcIn charge of reconciliation of intercompany accounts, bank reconciliation, postings and balancingHandle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end/ year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports In charge of payment of credit hotels, flights, tours, transfers and tickets suppliersAssist to prepare corporate income tax computations and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirementsAssist to prepare and liaise closely with auditors and tax consultants for the annual audit, audit analysis and submission of tax returnsCommunicate with external and internal stakeholders for any payment disputesTo perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the HOD, Accounts Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy. Adaptable in learning new Accounting Software, we are using Odoo. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. At least 3-4 years working experience in a related field. Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute with speed and accuracy.  Have sense of urgencyAble to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
