Accounts Executive

What you will be doing Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.Managing different aspects of the accounting and treasury functions.Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.Performing daily functions and month-end closing of accounts payable, forex reporting and position reporting.Sending weekly and month-end closing of accounts receivable, ageing and inventory. Assisting with the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and statements in compliance with the Group's policies.Preparing statutory accounts in compliance with the FRS, local and international reporting standards and GAAP.Acting as back-up for the daily functions of futures accounts and receivable financing reporting, if required.Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and procedures.Providing administrative support to the accounting team,Performing other accounting and administrative duties as required,What we are looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance, eg. LCC / Diploma / Degree / CAT / ACCA.A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a similar capacity.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and software.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
