Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities: Responsible to handle all day-to-day accounting transactions and operations, and other accounting functions.Monitor and manage financial activities, full set account, e - invoice processes.Prepare monthly Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.Perform Bank Reconciliation and SST as well as ensure all statutory submission are submitted before due date such as MTD (PCB), EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF.Perform client payroll tasks.Manage staff expenses claim and office petty cash payment and reimbursement.Manage staff insurances and liaise with insurers, agents, auditors and regulatory authorities.Ensure all registered licenses, insurances and bills are renewed and paid before timeline.Maintain proper filing of accounts record and documentation in both soft and hard copy format.Perform preparation audit and tax process.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Business Accounting or related fields.At least 2 years and above related working experienceLanguages skills required: English, Malay, Mandarin (as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client/etc.)Familiar with Autocount accounting & MySQL payroll softwareDetail oriented, independent & initiative personal skills & behaviorAble to work within a supportive and collaborative team environmentPublic transport reachable (MRT/LRT Chan Sow Lin)Office location: Fraser Business Park, Metro Pudu KLLocal Malaysian only Serious keen & hardworking candidate please apply with your latest comprehensive resume
