**Qualifications/Experience**:- Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar required.- Minimum 3-5 years working experience, preferably in cost accounting financial analysis and general accounting for global manufacturers- Strong data analysis skill and detail-oriented.- Good communications and inter-personal skills- Good and effective written and oral communication skills- Able to achieve deadlines and goals in a timely manner- Able to work and stay composed under pressure- A team player who is able to deal with people of all levels- Prefer Excellent in Chinese, Financial Report for China Version request from HQ China**The primary functions are**:Assist in the product costing including, but not limited to:- Assist in setting and analyze BOM cost and support for system setup- Assist in daily activities related to product costing- Work closely with operations team to obtain and clarify information required for month end stock closing- Assist in month-end closing activities related to inventory valuation- Assist in simulating the estimated product costs with the changes in raw material prices- Maintain timely update of product cost by ensuring product cost are accurate and according to the product costing policy- Work closely with Purchasing team and perform analysis on costing fluctuations- Assist in analyzing actual manufacturing cost and preparing monthly reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs (under or over absorption of overhead cost)- Prepare variances and scrap analysis on a monthly basis- Assist in daily and month end accounting function- Assist in other (ad-hoc) duties & reporting as may be required from superior from time to time.- Maintain and monitor fixed assets register and SAP system- Prepare Expenses Costing on weekly basis**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Finance Management: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
