Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle and monitor management reports, statutory submissions, audit, budget status reports, finance reports, cash flow, etc.
Account Receivable:Oversee all tasks related to AR including reports, emailing aging reports to branches/departments, following up on payments from customers/branches/departments, issuing reminder letters, etc.
Account Payable:Oversee all tasks related to AP, including monitoring AP payments and liaising with suppliers.
Finance:Liaise with banks, monitor cash flows, handle tasks related to bank accounts/online accounts applications, assist in bank reviews, etc.
Provide support to the Accounts department by handling and overseeing full sets of accounts, preparing and analyzing financial reports, cash flows, budgeting, and accounting information.
