Esprit Estate Agent Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Executive . This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the financial operations of a leading real estate firm. Key Responsibilities: Claims Processing: Review and process claims accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies. Bookkeeping Assistance: Assist the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including updating financial records, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial reports. Accounts Payable: Assist in managing the accounts payable function by verifying and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Accounts Receivable: Support the accounts receivable function by processing incoming payments, managing aging reports, and following up on outstanding receivables. Payments: Assist in preparing and processing payments to vendors, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial controls. Reconciliation: Assist with account reconciliation activities, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and administration team to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Prior experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or related finance functions is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
