Accounts Executive

Responsibilities: Responsible for the financial accounting functions including preparation and closing of full set of accounts on a monthly basisMaintenance of daily accounting preparations in compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements/guidelinesPrepare payments, receipt vouchers and journal entriesReconciliation of bank statementTo maintain proper fixed assets registerCredit control managementTo assist in dealing with external auditor, tax agent, bank officers and insurance companies Requirements: At least Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years(s) relevant working experience. Knowledge of handling full set of accounts would be an advantageDynamic, attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skillsRequired skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word and computerized accounting software.Familiar with SQL accounting system is an added advantageLocation - Bandar 16 Sierra, PuchongAble to start immediately
