Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities : 
Experienced in full sets of accounts, financial reporting, financial analysis, inter-company transactions, reconciliation and taxation planning.Handle full set of accounts, preparation of Monthly Payment Recommendation and payment processing.Involve in financial planning and cashflow management including liaising with financial institutions on banking facilities application submission (BA, LC, Foreign Currency Trade).To ensure Group of Companies Annual Account is ready on time for auditing. Responsible for consolidating, generating and preparing accurate financial results of the Group to enable the Management to make accurate and informed business decisions. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline.Preferably a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.Familiar with banking credit facilities/lines of credit.Proficiency in Mandarin language (good written and spoken) as the role will support and liaise with the overseas Mandarin-speaking client.Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SQL applications.Adaptable and able to thrive in challenging environments.Able to commence work immediately.
