Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
Ensure that all sales transactions are appropriately captured in the accounting softwareEnsure that all purchase transactions are appropriately matched, verified and captured in the accounting softwareEnsure that all documents and records are filed and stored securedlyHandling monthly accounts closing activities including the preparation and processing the month-end and year-end journalsPreparation of monthly and yearly financial reports and AR/AP ageing reportsAssist in the production and submission of periodic analyses and reportsLiaise with banks, auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and relevant authoritiesCarry out any ad-hoc assignments as and when requiredRequirements:
Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance or equivalentMinimum 3 years of relevant experiencesGood communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliar with SQL AccountingFamiliar with Microsoft ExcelProficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
