Accounts Executive

Responsibilities: Monitor processing of invoices and prepare monthly billings for projects.Response to billing questions from customers ensuring all cost were billed on timely basisEnsure timely collection of payments and follow-up with client in non-payment casesOrganized records of invoices, bills and depositsEnsure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with statutory requirementsConduct credit checkPrepare monthly, quarterly, annual accounts receivables ageing reportsSupport Accounts Receivables team on daily basis and train new team membersEnsure Accounts Receivables team members follow accounting principlesPerforming any other daily accounting related duties as assignedAssisting account teams for ad-hoc assignmentRequirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in accountancy/partial professional accounting qualificationMinimum 2-3 years related field is required for this positionFamiliar with Microsoft Office and SAP is an added advantageMeticulous in details and high disciplines in meeting deadlinesAnalytical, self-motivated, high degree of integrity, pro-active work approach and effective team playerGood trouble shooting skill and ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervisionGood communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia2 years contract role
