Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities: Responsible in handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in timely manner.Manage and monitor transactions of company's accountPrepare bank reconciliation and follow through matching activities.Prepare monthly financial report for management reviewEnsure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting recordsLiaise and work with external auditors, tax consultant, company secretary, bankers, suppliers & etc.To perform ad-hoc task assigned by superior.Coordinate and cooperate with other leads in their respective departments as needed.
 Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalentAt least 2 ~ 5 years of working experience in related fieldExperience in handling SQL Account System is an added advantageSound knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word are required for this position.Strong verbal, written and communication skills.Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is necessary.Good communication, management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and ensure timely task completion with minimal supervisionPrefer candidate that can start work immediately.
