Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:Managing General Ledger Entries.
Record, update, and reconcile GL entries for all transactions, including revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities for closing activities.
Preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial statements for the Group of Companies and monthly variance reports.
Review subsidiaries and branch accounts and control intercompany balances.
Coordinate the annual audit process, including the preparation of audit schedules and liaising with external auditors.
Prepare tax schedules as per tax agent requirements, preparation of tax estimates and check tax computations prepared by tax agent.
Ensure accounts records/reports/documents are properly saved and filed on time.
Support others with account-related matters and ad-hoc company events when necessary.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates without full qualifications but with extensive experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, will be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be computer literate - Microsoft Office and Accounting systems (preferably with ERP system experience).
Good team player, with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Independent, well organized, and conscientious in meeting deadlines.
