Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audits.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for financial reporting and issue resolution.
Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
