Responsibilities:Prepare monthly closing of accounts and management reports for subsidiaries of the company.
Analyze the financial data of business units/subsidiaries.
Develop incisive analysis and reporting to provide insights into business financial performance and trends.
Liaise with external advisors, solicitors, banks, tax agents, internal auditors, external auditors, and external company secretaries.
Assist in preparing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
Undertake treasury activities, bank account management, and intercompany lending.
Prepare and assist in reviewing and enhancing the Company's internal policies in line with Group policies.
Perform bank reconciliation, AP & AR reconciliation, and intercompany balance reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Superior.
To perform duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Qualification and Academic Requirement:Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certificate in Accounting: ACCA / CPA / CMA or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
