Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum LCCI/ Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Able to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
Proficient with SQL accounting software knowledge.
Initiative, responsible, and good working attitude.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial, and management reports for the company.
Cash flow management.
Maintain and update necessary accounting & admin records such as reports, cash book, petty cash book, cheque issuance, invoices, filings, etc.
Prepare special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecasts.
Assist in the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance process for the company.
Handle data entry and day-to-day accounting functions in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.
Maintain and update necessary accounting & admin records such as reports, cash book, petty cash book, cheque issuance, invoices, filings, etc.
Prepare statutory accounts.
Perform bank and creditors reconciliation.
EPF / SOCSO / EIS.
