Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for handling and monitoring flow of money on day-to-day basis
Perform transaction processing on accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payment and receipt etc
Preparation and support month end closing, include trial balance, balance sheet, income statement etc
Perform periodic reconciliation of accounts
Support the team in preparation of various financial reports and analyses on either periodic or ad hoc basis
Support the manager to achieve Finance & Accounting team's objectives and ultimately the Group's goals
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a LCCI or equivalent certificate in accounting
Have at least 2 years of working experience handling full set of accounts
Have working knowledge on use of Microsoft Office applications
Have working knowledge on use of accounting software.
Candidate with experience in using MYOB and/or Microsoft Dynamic GP will have an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Immediately available candidates preferred for immediate hire
