ResponsibilitiesHandling full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely manner, including AR, AP & GL.
Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
Timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports in accordance with group policies, procedures and statutory requirements, including preparing monthly and quarterly analysis.
Assist in preparing forecast & annual budget.
Attend to and handle audit and tax submission (including indirect tax submissions).
Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax consultant, company secretary, bankers, suppliers, etc.
Perform day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Effectively and efficiently resolve problems/matters internally and externally to ensure smooth operations.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
RequirementsMinimum Degree in Finance / Accounting or Professional Accounting qualifications is a plus.
At least 3 years of working experience in property industry-related accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
Good interpersonal skills and proactive.
Good command of written & spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin.
