Accounts Executive

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): SQL Accounting will be an advantage and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Required language(s): English, Bahasa, Mandarin.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Job Description and ResponsibilityPrepare full sets of accounts, ad hoc reports, and additional work as delegated by supervisor.
Able to handle administration works such as filing, issuance of cheques, prepare TT for local and overseas suppliers.
Issuance of Debit & Credit Notes, payment & receipt vouchers, ensure accuracy in data entry and monitoring of staff claims.
To be self-independent and have good time management to meet target deadlines and reporting.
Coordinate with company secretaries, auditors, and tax agents.
Assist to oversee and manage the accounts and finance operational matters.
