Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:Preparing monthly financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statements
Supervision of accounts receivable and payable
Handle Year End Audit and Tax Filing
Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent, and Bankers
Handle administrative matters
Petty cash and bank reconciliation
Budget control of the company
Experience in Finance and Accounting Analysis
Intercompany Transaction recompilation
Ad Hoc tasks from Immediate Superior
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Required Skills: SQL Accounting Software, Microsoft Office.
Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Willing to work at Puchong, Selangor.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
