Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
Prepare general ledger accounts and end-month closing.
Ensure daily entries are updated into the accounting system.
Prepare monthly reconciliation statements.
Liaise with the bank on various matters.
Perform credit check on customer for each credit sales order and release sales order.
Assist the Finance Manager to prepare various reports.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Certificate in Accounting or Finance or its equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity.
Possess strong knowledge in Excel spreadsheets.
Possess strong knowledge in accounting software.
Possess strong analytical, organization and time-management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and an excellent team player.
Willing to work at Puchong, Selangor.
