Job Responsibilities (for Account Executive)
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information.
Enter data accurately into accounting software.
Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
Support clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
Coordinate with company secretaries, auditors, and tax agents.
Independently manage and plan tasks to meet deadlines.
Address client requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Report regularly to senior account executives/managers.
Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year experience in accounting roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and deliver under pressure to meet deadlines.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and disciplined.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
