ResponsibilitiesTimely submission of monthly financial reports.
Accounts receivable, staff advance, and liquidation of expenses report.
Reconcile the inter-company balance and attend to any discrepancies.
Confirmation balance for receivables and payables.
Update schedule for balance sheet items on a monthly basis.
Reconcile and clean balance sheet balances.
Prepare yearly budget.
Corporate Income Tax Filing and SST Filing (Annual / Bi-Monthly)Prepare report and supporting documents for income tax and SST filing.
Administration FunctionAssist Admin Department to manage fixed assets register.
Follow up on accounts receivables, send out statements to recover payment for outstanding balances.
Assist to ensure job order tracking is in place and track costs spent per project/title and timely billing of invoices for recognition of income or claims.
OperationsHighlight operational inefficiencies or weaknesses in the system or work process, ensuring issues raised are timely resolved.
Digital Scanning and File ManagementEnsure monthly scanning of all documents relevant to complete the record of the company in an orderly and systematic permanent file for future reference before packing of the hard copy of document files.
