Handle daily accounting functions and full sets of accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), monthly reporting, inter-companies balance, statements of accounts and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
Assist to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports (Profit & Loss, Billing/Collection and Cash Flow Status).
Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on company related matters.
Comply with proper accounting policies, procedures and methods.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a relevant course.
Minimum 2 years of related experiences.
However,Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply .
Proficient in accounting software such as Autocount, and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with people from different levels.
Willing to learn and able meet tight deadlines.
