Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:Prepared daily payment cheque and online payment.
Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
Maintain good documentation and filing system.
Follow up on any discrepancies or disputes.
Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
Perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in both spoken and written English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Meticulous, responsible, and possess a positive working attitude.
Able to perform multitasking in a fast-paced working environment.
