Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
To assist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports.
To handle data entry and day-to-day accounting functions in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.
To assist in monthly cash flow forecasting.
To assist in the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance to the mandatory requirements.
To perform other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Able to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
PC literate and good communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels of people.
Organized, meticulous, and can work independently with minimum supervision.
