Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive at Musee Platinum Tokyo - MY located in Puchong.
What you'll be doing
Handle full set of booking, responsible for all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide valuable assistance to management on various financial matters and special assignments as needed.
What we're looking for
1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Cantonese (Required monthly reporting to the office centre in Hong Kong).
Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
