Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
Upkeep accounts assigned to you in a timely and accurate manner
Credit control and monitor customer's credit limit
Prepare payment to local and overseas supplier
Handling and assist in preparing full set of accounts
Collection of debts
Petty cash accounts
Assist in preparation of management report
Prepare monthly accounting reports on timely manner
Prepare weekly report as and when required by the directors
To assist in payroll documentation/commission computation
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, and/or professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Required skill(s): MS Office
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin are preferred
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Kinrara.
