Accounts Executive (Ipoh, Perak)

Full time
Preparation and finalization of subsidiaries' annual financial statement; monthly and quarterly management accounts; monthly cash flow forecast and annual estimate.
Statutory financial reporting compliance and liaise with external auditor and lead the audit process.
Handling and supervising day to day accounting and financial operation.
Perform budget analysis and costing report for management reporting of operations.
Prepare full set of accounts and any other related accounts as assigned from time to time.
Monthly review of financial statements of Operating Centres for compliance to accounting standards and Group policies.
Perform year end finalization of financial statement of Operating Centres.
Provide guidance and training to Operating Centres on accounting matters.
Quarterly and annual reconciliation of ledgers.
Attend to queries and information requested by auditors.
Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets.
Perform analysis as requested by management from time to time.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting from recognized Universities.
Preferably 2-3 years post-qualifying experience with a professional accounting firm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word).
Fast learner, independent and self-motivated.
Possess good communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff in the organization and a good team player.
Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
