Accounts Executive (Johor Bahru)

Job responsibilities
Responsible to perform day-to-day operation of accounting functions which include but not limited to monthly closing, accounts reconciliations, cash flow management, collections and payments.Prepare and/or verify general ledger (GL) related journals, receipts and payments to ensure documents and approvals are in accordance with company policies and procedures.Ensure all transactions are completed and accurately updated into the accounting system on a timely basis.Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers.Preparing month end reporting for both Holding and subsidiary companies.Compile and analyse financial information for audit, tax, and corporate exercise purposes.Assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required. Required skills and qualifications
Possess a Professional Certificate in ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or a Degree in Accountancy.Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in property development is an added advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to MYOB systems is an advantage.Required languages: English(must be able to communicate in English with our Team in Australia)Good communication and interpersonal skills.Independent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Meticulous with strong attention to detail and deadline oriented.Willingness to travel as needed
