We are looking for young and energetic fresh graduates to become one of the key players in the Accounts team. Anyone who has passion in learning AP and AR knowledge in one of the Malaysia's largest #MumtoBaby chain stores is welcome to apply. Responsibilities :
Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, timely and accurate accounting data entries into the Company's accounting software – on the compliance of internal control procedure and accounting policy. Prepare and perform monthly variance analysis on all expenses against the budget. Get chance to liaise with Head Office, Financial Institutions, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters. Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system; To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned Requirement :
Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers. High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility. Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible. Possess own transport to work - IOI City Tower Two, Putrajaya Candidates with audit experience are welcomed. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
