Job Title:Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Ensure follow up with operation or logistic and cost control department for every supplier invoice approval.
Posting supplier invoices in OVA and SAP.
Posting bank payments when the payments have been approved.
Highlight invoice discrepancies to AP Assistant Manager, Payables.
Prepare supplier reconciliation statement.
Any other AP related ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including back-up to team members during their absence.
