Accounts Executive (Ref: Mm)

Responsible for day-to-day operations of overall accounting functions and reporting?Perform accounts payable and full set account, bank reconciliation, GL and liaise with auditors.Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable function including verifying and posting transactions (sales invoice and purchase invoice) in a timely manner.Prepare bank reconciliation and creditor reconciliation as well as to identify and follow up on the discrepancies.Update debtor aging and debtors statements.To liaise closely with internal and external auditors as well as furnish relevant accounting records and working papers.Analyze company's financial performance to produce accurate and complete reports.Provide support to continuous improvement initiatives.Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior. Requirements:
Applicants must have Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.Professional Qualification in Accounting (ie: ACCA, CIMA etc) is an added advantage.Preferably candidates with 2-3 years of working experience in accounting related matters for this position.Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.Analytical, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.Full-time positions available.5-days working (Mon- Fri).
