Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive

As the Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. What You'll Do:



-Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping 


-Process weekly payments and electronic payments when required 


-Assist with the preparation for external audit


-Perform data entry tasks


-Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives

 
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.

; Requirements:-


-Interest or background in data entry/accounting/finance


-Attention to detail 


-Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus! 


-Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness


-Team player with ability to support other team-mates as and when required
