Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Full set of Accounts including Inventory, AR and AP.
• Process monthly billing, claims and payment.
• Monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count.
• Run payments, invoices and maintain daily bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Assist in preparation of forecasting and budgeting.
• Liaison with auditor, company secretary, tax agent and banks.
• AR control and follow ups.
• Ad hoc tasks or assignments when required.
Requirements:
• Excellent accounting knowledge and minimum 5 years accounting and finance work experience.
• Computer literate with proficiency in SQL accounting system and MS Excel/Word.
• Good working attitude, able to work independently, disciplined & self-motivated.
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
