We are seeking a highly skilledGroup Finance Managerto oversee the financial activities of various subsidiaries within the Dai Lieng Group. This key role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising payroll, accounts receivable, payable, purchasing, stock control, cash flow, credit control, and managing office operations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in company finance and accounts departments, ensuring a healthy financial status and compliance with Government Tax requirements, statutory regulations, and accounting standards.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to manage financial risks, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
In addition to financial management, the successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating the group's accounts, financial statements, Corporate Tax, Group financial reporting, and Bursa Reporting on a Quarterly and Yearly basis under Bursa Requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, cash controls, payroll, accounts receivable, payable, purchasing, stock control, cash flow, credit control, and manage office operations.
Maintain supplier and customer accounts, including credit terms and conditions.
Ensure all related transactions are according to company policies and procedures, properly recorded, and entered into the computerized accounting system.
Liaise with auditors, secretary, banker, and relevant authorities for financial, corporate matters, and internal control issues.
Review subsidiaries' management reports, manage monthly variance analysis, and provide commentary on financial performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a large organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
Salary Range:RM120,000 - RM180,000 per annum.
Location:Malaysia.
