Job tasks and responsibilities Maintaining bookkeeping of client's bank transactions/feeds on XeroBank reconciliations and accounts reviewAccounts Payables processing and paymentPayroll services for clients on XeroAccounts Receivables invoicingPreparation of Monthly Management ReportsPreparation of Weekly or Ad hoc ReportingPreparation of Business and Instalment Activity Statements (BAS)Preparation of Payroll tax lodgementWorking within a paperless environmentSkills and experience Xero accounting system experienceBookkeeping/Accounting experience of at least 3 yearsMust be able to work remotely (Work from home full-time)Must be able to work well as part of a teamTraining and support will be providedPayroll experience desirableAccounting Qualifications desirableStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteExceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skills
