Able to handle full set of accounts including account receivables tasks. To perform Account Receivable including billing and collection. To update the cashbook record. Monitor company funds and ensure sufficient funds available to meet payment obligations. Manage SST and corporate taxes. Liaise with other departments and client on matters related to AR. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and lawyers. Other duties as assigned by superior. Requirements Hardworking, diligent, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiar with Deltek Vision/ similar ERP system will be an added advantage. Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Having experience in handling engineering consultancy/ construction accounts will be an added advantage. Good Computer Skills especially Microsoft Excel. Diploma/ Degree with min 2 years working experience in Account Receivable (partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are encouraged to apply). Fresh Graduates with good working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are also encouraged to apply. Required language : English. Office located nearby LRT station. Official 5 working days per week with semi flexible working schedule. Covered under company group Hospitalization & Surgical and group Personal Accident insurance.
