Accounts & Finance Executive

Join Our Growing Team as an Account Executive - Credit Control!
We're expanding rapidly and are actively looking for more talents to join our team! If you're detail-oriented and love working with numbers, come on board as our Account Executive to handle mainly on developer commissions in the real estate industry.

Your Role:



-Process developer commissions accurately and on time.


-Work with Sales/Admin to check commission calculations.


-Prepare monthly summaries of outstanding payments.


-Keep records organized and up to date.


-Help the finance team reconcile commissions during monthly closings. 


-Assist with audits and any other tasks as needed.

What You Need:



-Diploma in Accounting or related certification.


-Good at Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.


-Fluent in Mandarin is a plus to deal with Chinese client. 


-2 years of AR/Credit Control experience (real estate is a plus).


-Fresh grads welcome—we'll train you!
