We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts/Admin executive to join a mortgage broking and co living company based in singapore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting and admin tasks, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. It also involves data entry work for updating the latest mortgage rates in the CRM and on landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
? Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of entries.
? Maintain the general ledger by posting and verifying journal entries.
? Process accounts payable and receivable, including handling invoices and payments.
? Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
? Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and trial balances.
? Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
? Monitor and manage the payroll process.
? Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
? Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and other stakeholders as needed.

? 2-4 years experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
? Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB).
? Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
? Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
? Good communication and organizational skills.
? Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
